Conversations on TAN

Members can have one-to-one conversations on TAN about properties, buyer needs, and messages

As a top agent, you need to communicate with multiple agents on behalf of your clients. And it can be hard to keep track of all these conversations.

Now it is easier to keep track of these conversations on TAN. When you have a one-to-one conversation with another agent on TAN, that conversation is now connected to the property, buyer need or message so that you always have the context needed.

Starting a conversation

When you want to connect with another TAN member on a property or buyer need that your client is interested in, just click the button to contact that agent from the bottom of the property or buyer need page on TAN. 

You can also click to message the agent from any broadcast or match email you receive, instead of replying to the email itself.

All direct messages will be immediately emailed to the agent.

All conversations in one place

You can view and reply to all of your TAN conversations on the Conversations page. If you have a matching buyer or seller entered on TAN, your matching client will be referenced, too. 

Any conversation you have regarding a broadcast property, buyer need, rental or message will show on the Conversations section at the bottom that page, as well as on the new Conversation page.

By having one-to-one conversations with other top agents around properties, buyer needs and messages on TAN, you can easily keep track of everything you are doing for your clients.
