The most powerful way to stand out from the competition and win listings (or make one-off sales) is to show sellers what they really want to see: buyers who are interested in their property.
Our new feature will allow you to gauge actual buyer demand without sharing the property information with anyone if you don't wish.
This way, you can impress your potential sellers by showing them you're able to get interest in their property before even asking them to sign anything.
It's super easy to do!
Simply add the property as a Quiet Seller, and you'll see a list of agents with matching buyers.
If you don't wish to send the buyer's agents any match or information, select our new option for privacy: "Hide the property completely" to add as a Hidden Quiet Seller. (This feature is only available to members with a Pro membership.)
With a Hidden Quiet Seller, your matching will be one-way. So you'll get a list of other top agents' buyer needs that match, but the buyer agents won't see the match. You'll also be notified of any new matches when they are added to TAN.
You can even contact buyer agents ahead of the listing presentation if you want to gather more feedback on buyer demand or do one-off showings. (This should free up more inventory for those of you with anxious buyers!)
We have also added the ability to create customized, shareable Buyer Demand reports. Once you enter your property as a Quiet Seller, you'll see a button to share only the matches you choose with the seller.
After you get the listing, you can change the privacy on a Hidden Quiet Seller to a regular Quiet Seller (where buyer agents can also see the match) or easily Broadcast the property to all TAN members.
