Invite your clients to give them access to TAN! They'll be able to search all TAN properties, and you’ll be able to automate TAN property emails based on their buyer needs. And the whole experience is branded to you.
It's a simple way to give your clients the inside scoop, without much time or effort on your part.
Here's how:
1) Start by entering your buyer need, either broadcast or quietly. Then, invite clients to TAN to collaborate with them on their search. You can also invite clients at any point for existing buyer needs you have on TAN. When you invite your clients, keep the box checked to enable Auto-notify in order to have matching property emails sent to them automatically.
2) When you invite your clients, they will get an invitation from you to register for access to the pre-MLS and off-MLS properties on TAN. When they accept, they’ll be able to search all TAN properties, in an experience branded to you. If you have auto-notify enabled, TAN will email any new matching properties to your buyer. The emails have your branding, creating a VIP experience without extra effort.
3) Your buyers will get all broadcast properties that match their criteria. They will also get notified of matching Quiet Sellers. This makes you their ultimate source for off-MLS and Coming Soon homes. To unlock the appropriate details of the property, the client will be asked to register and acknowledge you as their agent.
The emails don't include listing agent information or the street address. They have enough information to spark interest for the client, plus an easy way to contact you for more info.
4) Once your buyers register, they'll be able to see the search you have set up for them, along with all the matching properties. They are also able to search all properties on TAN, branded to you. (Soon, they'll be able to set up their own saved searches, too!)
Your sellers will also love it. Their property gets exposed to serious, qualified buyers represented by top agents in your market.

Client Access Portal: More Features Coming Next Year
What you're currently seeing is a Beta version of the Client Access Portal. The full Client Access portal will be coming next year and will be packed with features that help you better serve your clients.
With the full client access portal, you can give clients access to a special invitation-only link. They can set up their criteria and get an exclusive look at properties before they show up anywhere else. This gives your clients first look at these homes so they have the best chance of getting the property.
We’ll also be giving you reports on your client’s searches, the properties they are viewing, and more, to give you insights that help you stay connected to your clients.
