As new submissions are sent in every day, we are constantly updating our cities in correlation to the demand they have from our users.

A city is added to the Top Choice Awards Survey based on the interest received for that city, in the form of submissions.

Therefore, if multiple submissions for different businesses are constantly being submitted to us for a city that is not already in the survey, then that city will be considered to be added to the next Top Choice Awards Survey.
