How can you vote?
Top Choice Awards receives votes mainly through our website, but also through our phone centre, and email.

How many times can a person vote?
A voter is entitled to one vote per nominee.

Can't find your confirmation email?
Please check your updates tab, promotions tab, and any other tabs where you may receive notifications. If it is not showing up, check your spam folder.

As a nominee can I see how many votes I am getting?

Nominees can not see their vote count throughout the voting process. The opportunity to view your results will come after the survey has finished.

Can nominees give out their own prizes throughout voting?

No business is allowed to provide contests or prizes to have people vote for them besides the prize being given out by Top Choice Awards (1 out of 4 chances to win $500 or whatever our prize is for that respective year). Doing so may result in automatic disqualification.

Can a business vote for themselves?

Yes, you can vote for yourself, as it is only one vote per person per nominee. Any fraudulent activity will result in further investigation and possibly disqualification.

Confirming your vote is available until Dec 23.

Why does it say "unavailable for 24 hours" next to a nominee's name?

If any suspicious activity has been detected (such as spam bots), Top Choice Awards reserves the right to make voting for the nominee in question temporarily unavailable beginning with 24 hours and/or increased increments without any notification. Any second offense will be penalized even more heavily with up to 48 hours of halted voting or permanent disqualification. Any attempt at tampering with one's own votes or another nominee's votes will not be taken lightly.
