At Top One Futures, we allow traders to operate multiple accounts simultaneously to maximize their trading opportunities and strategy diversity. However, to ensure risk control, platform integrity, and fairness across the trading community, there is a strict limit of 3 active Sim Funded accounts per trader at any one time.
Below is a complete explanation of how this rule works and what it means for you as a trader.
β How Many Accounts Can I Have?
Each trader is allowed to have a maximum of 3 active Sim Funded accounts at the same time. This limit applies regardless wether it is an Elite Sim Funded or Instant Sim Funded or the account size.
You can manage any combination of account types and sizesβbut you may not exceed the 3. sim funded-account threshold under any circumstances.
β οΈ: Note the 3 max account rule ONLY applied to Sim Funded Accounts, you may have as many active Elite challenges as you like.
π Can I Mix Different Account Sizes?
Yes! You have complete flexibility in choosing account sizes. For example, you may have:
One $25,000 account
One $50,000 account
One $100,000 account
Or you can have three of the same size. The choice is entirely up to you, as long as the total number of active Sim Funded accounts does not exceed three.
π« Can I Open More Than 3 Accounts?
No. If you wish to activate a 4th sim-funded account while already having three active funded accounts, you must first request Support to pause one of your existing accounts. Attempting to activate a 4th sim funded account without doing so may result in the oldest active account being breached, and no refund will be issued in that case.
This rule is enforced automatically by our system and is not subject to appeal. It is designed to promote responsible trading and prevent abusive practices such as mass account stacking.
π Can I Open a New Account After Closing One?
Yes! If you close or breach an existing account and are then left with fewer than three active accounts, you are free to purchase or activate a new oneβas long as the total number of active accounts remains at or below three.
π Can I Merge My Accounts?
At this time, Top One Futures does not allow account merging. Each account operates independently, and there is no functionality to combine balances, equity, or performance history between accounts.
However, you are permitted to copy your own trades manually across your three accounts if you wish to maintain consistency across them.
π Where Can I Check My Active Accounts?
You can view all of your active accounts by logging into your Top One Futures Trader Dashboard. This dashboard will display:
All current account IDs
Their stage (Challenge, Verification, or Funded)
Their status (Active, Breached, Closed)
Performance metrics and key details
It is your responsibility to monitor your active account count to ensure compliance with the 3-account limit.
π Household Limit
In addition to the per-trader limit, please note that only up to 3 funded accounts are allowed per household, even if they belong to different individuals.
That means no more than three people in the same household can have active Sim Funded accounts.
Any additional accounts from the same household will be disqualified.
This rule helps us maintain fairness and prevent abuse through mass account stacking.
β Why Does This Rule Exist?
The 3-account limit helps ensure:
Fairness across all traders
Transparency in trading activity
Risk containment across the platform
Prevention of excessive multi-account manipulation (e.g., rolling/churning strategies)
We want to provide flexibility for scaling while preserving the integrity of our ecosystem for serious traders.
