Monthly Renewal (Not Every 30 Days)
The subscription renews on the same date each month, not after 30 days. For example:
If you purchased your evaluation on March 21st, it will renew on April 21st, then May 21st, and so on.
You can always check your next renewal date in the Billing section of your account, where you'll also see which specific evaluation each subscription is assigned to.
The Subscription Does Not Cancel Automatically
Even if you pass or fail the evaluation, the subscription will remain active unless you manually cancel it.
If your account is closed due to failing the evaluation, you must cancel the subscription yourself to avoid recurring charges.
How to Cancel the Subscription
If you wish to stop recurring payments, follow these steps:
Log in to the Members Area on our platform.
Go to the "Billing" section.
Select "Subscriptions" – here you'll see all active subscriptions along with their renewal dates and associated evaluations.
Cancel any subscriptions you no longer need.
Important: Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the subscription will be canceled automatically, and the account will be closed.

This way, we can assist you in processing the payment manually and prevent your account from being closed.
Our subscription system is designed to give you continuous access to evaluations, but it is your responsibility to cancel if you no longer wish to continue. Always check your Billing section to track renewal dates and verify which evaluation each subscription covers.
