Why Is KYC Important?
Identity verification protects both you and our trading community. It confirms that every funded account belongs to a real, verified person, which keeps the platform fair, prevents fraud and duplicate accounts, and allows us to send payouts securely to the right person.
It is also a requirement, not an optional step. You must complete your KYC verification in order to:
Sign your funded account contract. Contracts cannot be signed until your identity is verified.
Trade your funded account. Trading stays disabled until both your KYC and your contract are completed.
Receive payouts. Payout requests cannot be processed on an unverified account.
In short, without KYC your funded account cannot be activated, traded, or paid out.
The good news: you only need to do this once. Once you are verified, you will not be asked to complete KYC again at the funded stage.
Before You Start
A couple of things that will save you time and prevent your verification from being declined:
Check that your account information matches your government issued ID. Your name and details in your dashboard must match your ID exactly. Please review this carefully, because you will not be able to change this information afterwards.
Have your physical ID ready. You can use your ID card, driving licence, or another government issued card. It must be the physical document. Copies, screenshots, or photos of a photo will be declined.
How to Complete Your KYC
Log in to your dashboard and click Settings in the left hand menu.
Open the Verification tab at the top.
Click Get Verified Now.
Follow the prompts. You will be asked to take a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself.
Wait for confirmation. Verification usually takes under a minute, and you will be notified once your account is verified.
That's it. Once verified, your status will update and you can continue with your contract and start trading.
Is My Data Safe?
Yes. Our verification is powered by KYCAID, and your data is encrypted using the most secure version of AES, so your personal information is fully protected throughout the process.
Checking Your Verification Status
You can see your current status on your profile in the dashboard. If it shows KYC Pending, your verification has not been completed yet and you will need to follow the steps above.
