Understanding KYC Verification & Contract

This article will walk you through KYC Verification and signing your Trader Contract!

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview of KYC Verification

Before trading on any Simulated Funded Accounts for Top One Futures, successfully completing KYC is necessary.

We require that you verify your ID and pass our KYC screening in the Profile section of your trader dashboard.

Steps to Complete KYC Verification

Upon successfully completing the evaluation phase of our Elite Challenge or purchasing any Instant Sim Funded accounts you may begin the verification process by heading to "Profile" tab located in the top right side of your Trader Area and click on Identity Verification.

Submitting Your KYC Through Veriff

Once you have navigated to the "Profile" section in your trader dashboard, the KYC Process will direct you to submit the following documents for verification:

  • A valid photo ID (expiry date within 14 days). You can use a Driver's License, Passport, or ID Card. (Please note that NIN slip cards or Voter Cards for Nigerian traders are not accepted, reach out to our live chat for further assistance)

  • Proof of address from the last 60 days. You may use documents like Bank statements, Utility bills, or Phone bills.

  • A selfie to verify your identity.

Once the verification step is completed, if you are eligible for a Simulated Funded Account, you will need to sign your trader agreement or affiliate contract.

How to Access and Sign Your Contract

To locate and sign your contract:

  1. From your Top One Futures dashboard, look at the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on “Achievements”.

  3. Select the “Contracts” tab at the top.

  4. You’ll see a list of any available agreements with a "View & Sign" button next to each.

  5. Click "View & Sign" to open and complete your trader agreement.

Once your contract is signed, our system will finalize the setup of your funded account, and trading will be enabled!
