Why is my account paused?

📄 1. Contract Not Signed (Funded Accounts Only)

If you have a funded account and haven’t completed your onboarding, your account may be paused until the following steps are completed:

  • Go to the “Identity Verification” tab on your dashboard and complete the KYC process.

  • Once KYC is approved, go to the “Contracts” tab and sign the required contract(s).

Your account will be reactivated shortly after completing these steps.


📉 2. Daily Loss Limit Reached

If you’ve hit the daily loss limit, your account will be automatically paused as a risk control measure.

⏳ When will it be reactivated?
It will remain paused until the next trading session.


💸 3. Payout Requested

When you submit a payout request, your account will be paused temporarily.

⏳ When will it be reactivated?
It will resume trading at the start of the next trading session.
