Monthly Trading Combine Limits
You can purchase up to 20 new Trading Combine subscriptions per month.
You are allowed 2 Resets per account per calendar day.
Refunded Combines: Even if a Trading Combine is refunded or canceled, it still counts toward the monthly limit.
NOTE: While traders are limited to starting no more than 20 new Trading Combines each month, there is no limit on how many Trading Combines you can trade in at one time. Learn more here.
Why does Topstep have purchasing limits?
The Trading Combine is your space to create, test, and hone your strategies and new ideas. It’s also a place to develop your trading skills and get your reps in. That said, we limit the number of accounts you can start each month to help you avoid account churning and not finding success.
When you’re developing as a trader, having limits helps you know when to slow down. Slowing down is good for trader development.
If you reach the limit it’s probably best to take a break for the rest of the month. Reflect on what went well and what you can learn from. Make adjustments to your trading plan where needed.

How do we communicate the limits, and where?
When purchasing a Reset, the dashboard will display how many Resets you have remaining for the day.
Should you attempt to exceed the Reset or Trading Combine purchase limits, a warning will appear, informing you of when you can make new purchases again.
