Tradovate (Web/Platform)

  1. Click application settings in the top right corner

  2. Change User confirmations to ‘Enabled’

Tradovate (App)

  1. Click 3 dots in the bottom right corner.

  2. Click on Application settings in the top right corner

  3. Change Order confirmations to ‘Enabled’

NinjaTrader 7

  1. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options

  2. Select the "General" tab

  3. Check the option "Confirm order placement"

  4. Press the "OK" button

NinjaTrader 8

  1. From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options

  2. Select the "General" tab

  3. Select “Trading”

  4. Check the option "Confirm order placement"

  5. Press the "OK" button

T4

  1. Click Main Properties

  2. Hand with paper in the main window (next to the save button)

  3. Click ‘Order Entry’

  4. Order Confirmation can be updated by clicking on ‘none’

MultiCharts

  1. Click the Auto Trading tab of the Strategy Properties window:

  2. Order Confirmation is selected

ATAS

  1. To open the settings, click on the icon on the chart menu bar (referenced above), which will open a panel of visual settings on the left

  2. select the third tab (“Trading Settings”)

  3. Make sure One-Click Trading is unchecked.

BookMap

  1. By default, a pop confirmation window will appear after sending orders.

  2. The order needs to be confirmed before it is sent for execution via the connected trading platform or API.

  3. To enable the order confirmation pop up click Settings >> Orders Conformation and check any order type for which you want to get a pop-up order confirmation window.

Investor R|T

  1. Use the Confirm Trades button on the main toolbar to bring up the Order Confirmation window.

  2. Identify the order by selecting it with the mouse, fill in the quantity filled, the price per unit, the commission amount, and the confirmation ID (if applicable).

  3. Adjust the fill date time and press the Confirm Order button.

  4. This causes the order to be processed to either open or close a position in the associated
    portfolio. When a pending order is not filled, select the order with the mouse and press the
    "Cancel Order" button to remove the pending order from the system.

VolFix

  1. Go to the 'Order Window'

  2. Select 'Setup' - 'Options'

  3. Find Order Confirmations and make sure they are turned on
