Link your Topstep account to Discord. Get the right role. Access the right channels.
Verified Traders get role-based channels, deeper conversations, and a safer community. Unverified members can view most channels but can't chat, engage, or access support and coaching.
How to Verify Your Discord Role
Sign into your Topstep Dashboard.
Go to Account Settings and select Link Discord.
Authorize access through the Discord role bot.
Sign into Discord and follow the prompts to complete verification.
Once verified, your role will be automatically assigned based on where you are in the program.
FAQ
What happens if I don't verify?
Your roles will be removed and participation limited to Onboarding channels. You can still view most channels and announcements, but you won't be able to chat, engage, or receive support.
Why do I need to verify?
Verifying links your Topstep account to your Discord profile so your role updates automatically as you progress through the program. It ensures you have access to the right channels for your current stage.
Will other members see my role?
Yes. Roles are visible to the community by design — so members know who they're trading alongside.
My role is incorrect. What do I do?
Start by unlinking and re-syncing from your Trader Dashboard. That usually resolves it. If not, contact Trader Support.
