Where to submit a feature request
You can easily add new feedback or vote on existing feature requests from our traders by following these steps:
Click here to log in to TopstepX.
Click the "?" button on the left side of your screen.
Click "Feature Voting" on the right side of the screen.
How to add a new feature request
When adding a new feature request, you can choose your title and include a full description with files, links, Looms or YouTube videos, and special formatting. Don't forget to select TopstepX as the platform and choose a tag!
Follow these steps to get started:
Search to verify your feature request hasn't already been added to the list.
Click "Create A New post".
Add your title.
Underneath the section to add your title, you'll add the description of the feature you're requesting. Please use clear, precise language and complete sentences when submitting your feature request.
Select TopstepX as the platform, and choose the tag(s) that best fit your feature request.
Click "Submit Post". Once complete, there is nothing left to do except pat yourself on the back for helping to shape the future of TopstepX!
How to upvote or downvote an existing feature request
Scroll through existing features or use the search bar to search for specific feature requests.
Click the arrow pointing up to upvote, or the arrow pointing down to downvote.
Choose the option that best fits your desired timeline.
All done, you've upvoted or downvoted a feature!
Add a comment to an existing feature request, view similar requests, or subscribe for updates
By clicking on an existing feature request, you can:
View similar requests.
Add a comment to an existing request.
Subscribe for updates if any changes are made to the status of the request.
