How do I assign a staff member to an unassigned role?

You can assign a staff member to an unassigned role by hovering over the row and clicking on the Assign role icon that appears at the start of the row.

Clicking on this will open the right-hand, pop-up menu.

You can then add a staff member from here using the team builder.
