Create a new non-billable project when you want to define project targets and track progress for internal tasks, such as marketing campaigns, internal training programs, or infrastructure upgrades.

To create a new non-billable project from the Project List, follow the steps below:


  1. Click the Add button in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter your project name and other required details.

  3. The 'Is billable' toggle will default to on. Click the toggle to turn it off and create a non-billable project.

  4. Click save

The new non-billable project has been added to your project list. Non-billable projects are shown with a $ icon on the project list.

All stages added to this project will have the fee type 'No billing', and any transactions added to the project will be automatically written off. The project invoices list will also not be visible.
