Use the recent chats dashboard report to recent correspondence within your project portals.


What does the recent chats dashboard report show?

The recent chats dashboard report allows you to quickly view recent correspondence you have had with internal or external contacts via the project portals.

The report will show you the name and date of the original chat, and a preview of the most recent reply and date of reply on the chat. The red dot next to a chat alerts you to any portal messages that you haven't opened yet.

From the recent chats dashboard report you can click on any of the chats, and it will take you to the portal feed within the project it relates to.
