Streamline Communication with Custom Messages

If you often send out the same messages to your clients, why not save it as a custom messages to future use!?

Another way to save time coaching your clients is to create custom messages. If you're often sending the same message to your clients, example telling them that their new program is ready, or that it's time to renew their membership... then you might want to consider using custom messages!

Create your custom messages

  1. Make sure you're on the supervisor side

  2. Go to the settings section by clicking on the fifth icon on the left, then click on 'Business' in the top left, to manage your business settings.

  3. Click on Manage custom messages. It will take you to your list of custom messages. Right now you should have none.

  4. Click on the '+' to create a new custom message

  5. Give your message a title. Note that the title will not be seen by your clients.

  6. Write your message 

7. Hit the 'Save' icon. 

Now you can see your new custom message! You can click on the menu icon on the right to delete it, or simply click on the message to edit it.

Sending custom messages to your clients

Right from your client's profile:

  1. Go to the Messages section

  2. Instead of typing the message from scratch like you would normally do, you'll click on 'Your messages' to select your custom message

Et voilà! You'll just have to click on 'Send'.
