How to view the program your trainer has prepared for you

When you log in, the first thing you see is your dashboard, which gives a big picture of how your training is going.

You can see your next 'to-do' activities directly from there, on the left.

  1. To view the details, simply click on the activity. The details will appear on the right (or on the full screen if you're on your phone).

2. To see all of the programs your trainer has prepared for you for the next days or weeks, go to your calendar: click on the second icon on the very left, in the main menu.

3. To view the details of each program just click on them exactly like you did on the dashboard and you'll see the details on the right!

4. If you opened a session with animated exercises, simply click on the image to view the animation.
