Giving Feedback to your Trainer

Mark your workout as done and give your trainer your feedback about it.

To let your trainer know that a session has been completed, you need to mark it as done:

  1. Once the exercise is done, check the checkbox at the top left of the exercise. If you have done all of the exercises you can also click on the big round checkmark button at the top to save time: that will check all the exercises for you.

2. Once all of your exercises are marked as Done, a feedback will automatically pop up. Simply drag the cursor to the left or right to let your trainer know how that session went. You can also leave a comment.

3. Click on 'Save my feedback'.

4. Bravo! If you look at the session in your calendar, you can now see that it's completed. The yellow color tells your trainer that it went pretty good.

5. If you go back to your dashboard, you'll see on the left the session that you just completed and your updated stats on the right.
