Before your client gets access to the software, you need to add him as a new client.
He will receive an email invitation to activate his account and set up his password.
Then he'll will be able to access his account from any device!
From a regular computer: by going to https://www.totalcoaching.com/public/login, and entering his email and password.
From his mobile device: by downloading My Online Coach from his App store or Google Play
Note that once a client has activated his account, TotalCoaching sends a welcome message inviting that client to download the app on his mobile devices. If you want to speed up the process, you can send him the link to the following tutorial or tell him to go to the Help section on his account:
