TotalCoaching doesn't provide any management feature such as scheduling or payments. The reason for that is these are specialities by themselves and there are lots of programs out there providing just that while doing it really well. So we prefer to focus on what we do best, which is providing you with the best tools to train your clients and track their progress.

That being said, TotalCoaching provides you with a Custom Button feature that can link the software to any of the web pages you choose, so that your clients can access it very easily from their account.

Let's say you want your clients to be able to book sessions with you right from their app:

Once you've set the custom button up, your clients will see a nice button linking to your scheduling page at the top of their dashboard, that says 'Book a session with me' for example, or anything else you like.

Do set it up, make sure you're on the Supervisor side. 

3. Enter the text you want to display on the button
4. Enter the URL you want to link that button to. Make sure it includes the entire URL including 'http://...'
5. Check the 'Active' checkbox to activate the feature
5 Hit the Save button at the top

Voilà! If you go back to the Client side, you can now see your custom button. Your clients will now see it as well!
