One question we constantly get from trainers is: Can I integrate TotalCoaching with my website?

The answer to that is YES, you can do that using the Custom Login Page feature.

The Custom Login Page feature enables your clients to log in directly from your site to their TotalCoaching account, without having to go through totalcoaching.com.

The nice part is that you can customize the log in form with you logo and background image to give your clients the look and feel of your website!

To set it up, click on the forth icon on the left in the main menu and go to your Settings. Then click on 'Manage branding'.

Set up your custom login page

  1. The first step is to make sure you've uploaded your logo.

Under 'Your brand', click on the logo preview, and upload your logo. The best format is a PNG file with a transparent background. Then you can readjust the size if you want.

2. Then you're going to select your custom subdomain url,

It can be pretty much what you want, in this case we'll choose 'phydeo'. Our custom subdomain url would therefore be http://phydeo.totalcoaching.com.

3. Finally you can upload a background image that will display behind the login form: click on the Upload icon and choose a nice picture that represents your company.

4. Once you're finished, Click on 'Save' at the top. Your custom login page is now set up!

You can enter your subdomain url in your browser to go have a look at your custom login page!

Integrate the login page on your website

All you need to do now, is add a button or link on your website that says something like 'Member Access', or 'Members Only' or 'Access your account' that would take your clients to the subdomain url.

They will then be able to log in directly from there.
