Conduct Live Sessions with Your Clients Using Zoom

How to set up and launch your Zoom integration in TotalCoaching

You'd like to do live sessions (workout or simple discussion) with your clients? You can do it right from your TotalCoaching account!

Set Up Your Zoom Integration

First, make sure you have a Zoom account set up. For that go to https://zoom.us/.

Then, in your TotalCoaching account, open any client profile.

At the top of the client's profile, you'll see a video icon.

Click on it, It'll open a window inviting you to connect your Zoom account.

Click on Connect to Zoom, then sign into your Zoom account.

You'll be invited to authorize TotalCoaching access to your Zoom account.


 Once the integration process completed, you'll be automatically re-directed to your TotalCoaching account.

Launch a Zoom Meeting

From any client profile, there are 2 ways of launching a Zoom meeting:

  1. From the top of the client profile

Click on the video icon.

It will open a pop-up to invite your client to join the meeting => Click on Send via message

2. From the message section in the client profile
At the top of the message box, you'll see a video icon => Simply click on it, then on Send via message, to send the meeting link, like above.

You'll be able start a meeting, as you usually do on Zoom!

How to Manage Your Zoom Integration

You can disconnect/connect your Zoom integration at any time from your personal settings.

Under Preferences => click on Edit your preferences
Under "My Integrations", you'll be able to Login/log out to your Zoom account
