Add New Clients Automatically Using Zapier

How to automatically add clients on TotalCoaching through thousands or apps such as Gmail, Paypal, Excel, ClickFunnels or more.

Imagine your client purchasing a service on your website and getting automatically created on TotalCoaching! That is possible through a tool called Zapier, which helps you connect apps and automate workflows.

To set it up, you first need to create an account on Zapier. If you haven't, click here.

Here's a quick explanation of Zapier's terminology:

You'll be able to connect apps through a Zap: Zapier combines Triggers (like "a new email received") and Actions (like "Create the client in TotalCoaching") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

To create a new client on TotalCoaching, you'll need to make sure your Trigger contains at least this information:

  • The client's name

  • The client email address

All other information is optional, although it can't hurt to have a last name, expiry date, etc. :). More on that later.

When setting up your Zap, you'll basically tell us where to pull the information we need (client name and email address) to add the new client in TotalCoaching.

The setup step will look like this in Zapier:

Zapier is free for most Zaps including TotalCoaching.

On your Zapier dashboard, search for TotalCoaching in the second search field (the one for Actions).

You'll see a list of prebuilt Zap templates.

You don't need to use all of those of course, but they're a good starting point. If one of them looks interesting, click on 'Try this' to start setting it up. It will take you straight to the template set up page.
