One of our favorite ways to automatically create a new client on TotalCoaching is through a built-in app on Zapier called Email Parser.

With Email Parser, you'll forward any email (for example a confirmation that a client purchased a coaching package from you) to a custom mailbox "@robot.zapier.com"; Email Parser will then use the information contained in that email as the Trigger to create a new client in TotalCoaching.

First, you need to create an account on Zapier. If you haven't, click here, then read this.

On your Zapier dashboard, look for TotalCoaching in the search field located on the right 'What apps do you want to connect today?' ==> that will give you the most popular zaps for our software. Select the one with Email Parser (below the 1st one) by clicking on 'Try this'.

Once you'll click on Try This it will redirect you to the Zap template integrating Email Parser with TotalCoaching. The first step will suggest you to add an Email parser account. Click on 'Add an account', it will open a new window to redirect you to Email Parser's website.

You can click on Log in with your Zapier account, as in the screenshot below, then follow the steps.

Note: you should consider Email Parser as an independent interface from Zapier.

Once your Email Parser account is created and connected with your Zapier account, click on Create a Mailbox on Email Parser.

That will create a new mailbox for you, which will be the Trigger to create your new client in TotalCoaching (for example, a payment confirmation sent to that mailbox).

It's now time to set up Email Parser to extract exactly the data you need to transfer to TotalCoaching (name, email, etc.). Highlight the words you want to be extracted and give them a name that makes sense.

Example: highlight the client's First name and name it "First Name".

==> Email Parser now knows which information is important!

Back to your Zap settings now, set up the Action following your Trigger:

Now enjoy watching your clients get added to your account automatically!
