When you're building an animated session for a client from the supervisor side, you can easily enable what we call the "Multi-reps" mode. This mode enables you to prescribe a different amount of reps, a different load, or a different rest for each set.

Here's an example of a prescription WITHOUT Multi-reps:

3 sets X 10 reps using 100kg. In that case, the client will repeat 3 times the exact same set: 10 X 100kg

Now here's en example of a prescription WITH Multi-reps:

  • 1 set X 10 reps using 100kg

  • 1 set X 12 reps using 95kg

  • 1 set X 8 reps using 90kg

All that for a total of 3 sets.

Here's how to enable Multi-reps for an exercise:

  1. Create and animated session (either from the templates or from a client's calendar;

  2. Add at least 1 exercise;

  3. Under that exercise, enter for example 3 sets for all weeks;

  4. Still under the exercise, click on the second icon. The one that says 'Enable Multi-reps';

  5. You should now see the table expand, giving you one row for each of the 3 sets, for each week.

You should now be able to replicate the exact above. Note that if you change the amount of sets, the amount of rows will change accordingly.
