We offer free product visuals to all our customers, to help you visualise how the product will look post-production. To complete the visual request, we will need some information from you first!

A pop-up form will appear where you’ll be asked for more information, such as your name, email address, chosen product and any specific design requirements and more. All we need you to do is fill this in to the best of your ability, as well as attach files of your logo or design. This is so that our artwork team will be able to fit these to our templates and make sure they’re perfect before they go to print. Once you receive the visual back from our studio, you’ll need to approve them before you make your purchase. If you have any issues with the proof, the studio will be able to make alterations to it, just let them know.

There are specific file types that we need your attachments in, in order to complete your visual request, see below for details: accepted file types: Png, pdf, eps, ai, jpg, jpeg, Max. file size: 8 MB, Max. files: 2.

*Please note*

We usually need your artwork supplied as a vector file format with all text and graphics converted to outlines. This is usually found within a .EPS, .AI, or .PDF file format.
