Got a problem with your order that needs resolving? Damaged merchandise, missed delivery etc, find out what to do below!

Perhaps your order has arrived damaged, or maybe it missed the delivery deadline, or it's been printed in the wrong colour! Whatever it is, we will do our best to make it right.

Your first port of call when theres a problem with your order is your account manager, this is whomever quoted the merchandise to you in the first place. You will probably have their work email address, so it might be worth emailing them there.
If you placed an order directly through our website, you can report an order issue through your account with us, simply go into your profile on our website and select "Report an order issue" (see the screenshot below!)

Alternatively, you can give us a call Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, and Friday between the hours of 9am - 4:30pm on this number:

Depending on the problem, our account managers will work with our order success team to remedy the situation. It might be that we reprocess the order with a different proof, track it down with the courier or change the order entirely, it will all depend on the problem at hand.
