Each of our products comes with its own average lead time, this is typically displayed in the product description somewhere. However once you've been quoted / made a purchase, we will have a much more accurate ETA of your branded merchandise.

Obviously, as with every business, there are sometimes factors out of our control which can contribute to delays. This could be things like supplier stock level, employee sickness or even transport/courier problems. We always do our utmost to prevent any delays in shipping and we typically hit our delivery targets on or before the date.

This will include items that we produce in-house on a regular basis, as we keep a number of plain stock items in-house, just waiting to be branded with your logo. Our express range has shorter lead times, so they'll be with you on time for your event, even if you do order last minute.
