Everything we print is totally bespoke to your specifications, and because of this stock is un-returnable. If we were to accept returned merchandise it would end up in landfill unfortunately.
This does mean that it's not always possible to receive a refund from us.
We try to prevent products from being misprinted by showing you a digital proof before we print the merchandise, but we can accept that sometimes things don't translate the same from screen to product. If this truly is the case, or there is something you're really unhappy about, please contact us. We have been known to reprint the merchandise for free if the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Full refunds are rare, but must be pre-agreed in writing by contacting Totally Branded.
