If you go into your account section, there will be a section where you can see all of your recent orders, and also an order tracking section that will allow you to track your orders in live time.
Please note, this tracking tool will only work if you order directly through our website. If you order via a quote with one of our sales consultants, the tracking on your account won't appear. This doesn't mean that your order is lost, or that your order didn't go through, it just means that our website only shows tracking for orders put through the site.
Our order success team will keep you up to date with all of your order progress regardless, so you'll still know when and where your branded merchandise is, and when to expect it.
