Our studio team work hard to get artwork proofed within 2 days of receiving your original files. This is always the aim, and we will of course keep you updated with the progress of your order / artwork.

If the studio are extra busy, our 2 day lead time of artwork may take a little longer, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date with all things regarding your purchase from us. If you haven't heard after a few days, feel free to get in touch via webchat, email or phone.

None of your branded merchandise will be printed until you have received and approved your proof, so make sure to approve it once you've received it (If you are happy with it) so that we can start printing it ASAP.
