What card types can I use to make payment for my order?

We can accept online card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay debit and credit cards. Accepting Discover automatically allows acceptance of Elo.

Can I pay via BACS or Bank Transfer?

Yes, that's fine, however we would need the funds cleared in our bank account before we release any goods. In order to pay via BACS or bank transfer we would require you to request a quotation prior to placing an order and liaise with one of our account managers who will be able to raise you a manual invoice order that you can then pay via bank transfer. We cannot currently accept bank transfer payments for orders placed online. Any orders placed online must be paid for via card in full before your order can be processed.

Can I pay via Paypal?

I am afraid at present we do not accept payments via PayPal. If you feel this would be helpful we would love to hear your feedback - info@totallybranded.co.uk

I do not pay VAT, what do I do?

As a VAT registered company we always have to charge VAT, regardless of your VAT status. If you are VAT exempt it is then your responsibility to claim any VAT back. The only exception to this is if we are shipping goods outside of the UK.
