Yes you will need to sign for the delivery of your order with the designated courier.

If nobody is there to sign for the delivery then the courier driver will in most cases leave a calling card and return your goods to the local depot. You will then need to contact the courier and re-arrange for another delivery slot with them. If you have any questions about this process then please email info@totallybranded.co.uk

If your branded merchandise order is critical for an event deadline then please make sure someone is there to sign for the delivery as re-arranging a delivery time may cause delays to you getting your goods in time.
