On some rare occasions we are aware that deliveries will arrive later than the agreed date. This is due to our third-party suppliers and courier networks. If and when we are made aware of any delays to the delivery schedule, we will always inform you immediately via telephone or email.


If you haven't been informed of any delays to your order, please contact your account manager immediately and they will investigate the delay for you to ensure your order reaches you as soon as physically possible. Alternatively give us a call on: 020 3150 2818.
