Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be issued directly to us in writing. Mid-block cancellations and refunds are not processed. You will be issued with a final lesson date upon cancellation.

  • One Half-Term's Notice Required: To cancel your child's lessons, you must provide one half term's notice.

  • Why One Half-Term's Notice?

    • This allows us to adjust schedules and offer the slot to another student.

    • It ensures minimal disruption for teachers and other students.

  • Final Billing:

    • Lessons and associated fees will continue for the duration of the notice period.

    • Any outstanding credits will be applied.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

    • Please utilise any remaining lessons during the notice period.
