Cancellations must be issued directly to us in writing. Mid-block cancellations and refunds are not processed. You will be issued with a final lesson date upon cancellation.
One Half-Term's Notice Required: To cancel your child's lessons, you must provide one half term's notice.
A term is defined by the school's academic calendar.
Notice should be given in writing via email to support@totallyradmusic.co.uk.
Why One Half-Term's Notice?
This allows us to adjust schedules and offer the slot to another student.
It ensures minimal disruption for teachers and other students.
Final Billing:
Lessons and associated fees will continue for the duration of the notice period.
Any outstanding credits will be applied.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Please utilise any remaining lessons during the notice period.
