Printing your guide (when it helps)
Your guide is designed to be used digitally, but you can also print it if that suits your setup.
A printed version can be helpful if:
You’d like something guests can quickly refer to in the property
Some guests may prefer not to use their phones
You’d like a simple backup, just in case of connectivity issues
💡 Tip
Your guide is always available online, and guests can save it to their device to access it even without internet.
How to view the guide when offline
A more flexible option
Instead of printing the full guide, many hosts prefer to:
Print just a few key pages (such as WiFi details, arrival information, or house rules)
Add a QR code so guests can access the full guide on their phone

This way, guests can easily scan and explore everything, while you keep things simple and up to date.
Download a PDF from the Guides page
Go to the Guides page
Find the guide you want to print
Click the three dots to the right of the guide
Select Download PDF
Download a PDF from inside a guide
Go to the Guides page
Click on your guide name
On the Guide Details page, click the three dots (⋯) at the top right (next to Preview Guide)
Select Download PDF
Print your PDF
Once your PDF is downloaded:
Open the file using your usual PDF viewer
Click Print
💡 Tip
Before printing, check the preview in your printer settings.
If any content is spilling over the page:
Set the size or scaling to “Fit”
