Contacts (Touch Stay CRM):
All guest stays data in one place, including unified contacts from guidebooks, PMS sync, and manual entries. Contact cards now show stays, status, and details. Real-time search, filters and CSV import/export.
AI Chatbot Expansion:
AI Chatbot now available to all trial accounts and across all guidebook templates and languages, offering multilingual support for guests.
AI-Powered Guidebook Generation During Registration from Booking.com: New short term rental template users can now instantly generate a personalised, branded guidebook powered by AI, using property details pulled from their Booking.com listing. This creates a faster, smoother onboarding experience and offers another platform to choose from in this flow (previously we released support for listings on Airbnb).

Out-of-Office Auto-Replies: Set automatic SMS replies for off-hours so your guests always receive a timely, professional response.
Push Notifications: Manage browser alerts for new guest messages directly in the Owner Portal, helping you stay in control of your notifications.
Topic Feedback Translations: Guests leaving thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback on guidebook topics will now see fully translated options in their chosen language.

AI Guidebooks with Soft Registration: We’re piloting a new way for users to instantly preview a personalised, AI-powered Touch Stay guidebook by entering their Airbnb listing URL and email. This fast, low-friction onboarding is currently available at selected events and campaigns.

2-Way Messaging: Browser Push Notifications: Desktop users can now receive push notifications when new guest messages arrive, helping them stay responsive without needing to refresh the portal.
AI-Powered PDF Upload During Registration - Local Recommendations (Non-Rental Templates Only): When you upload a PDF during registration with a non-rental template (e.g. weddings, events...), Touch Stay now detects any local recommendations already in your content. These can be reviewed and added as topics and map pins automatically, making your guidebook richer from the start.
New role - Team admin: Created to allow a User to manage the Team for the Templates they have been granted access to, by a full Admin or Owner.
