How to update your billing info and card payment details

  1. Go to the Billing page under the profile icon (top right).

  2. Click Open billing portal.

  3. Scroll down to the Billing Information section and click Update information

  4. From here you can add a new payment card and set it as the default for your subscription

๐Ÿ‘‰ A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • We don't support bank transfers or direct debit as payment methods

  • Only the account owner or an admin can make subscription changes


How to find past invoices

  1. Go to the Billing page under the profile icon (top right).

  2. Click Open billing portal.

  3. Scroll down to the Invoice history section

You'll find a list of all your paid invoices there, and you can download a PDF of any of them.

๐Ÿ’ก Don't see an Open Billing Portal button? You're most likely on manual billing. Just reach out to our support team, and we'll help you out.


View Your Subscription

Head to Profile > Billing to see your current subscription.

  • New customer? Click Activate now! to start your subscription. If you're not ready yet, just close the screen, no pressure.
    โ€‹

  • Already subscribed? You can view your current plan and add or remove guides by clicking Update subscription.


Are my payment card details secure?

Absolutely. We don't store any card details on our servers. All payment information is held and managed by our dedicated payment platform, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You're in safe hands.
