Introduction
Difference between Subscription and Order
Our system is a software based on subscriptions. It means that, in order to activate events and work with the software at full capabilities, you need a subscription. It is important to note how they work, and understanding it is key.
The subscription is the final product you get, after you place an order for it. The subscription has its own start and end time, as well as its own status, and it's the one that determines if you have access to activate events or not.
An order is something that is created when you're finishing the purchase process. When you pay a certain amount, whether you purchase a Printpix box, AI credits, a subscription or any other shop products, an order is always created.
Subscriptions Status
Active: Your subscription is up and running. Next to it, you will find the start and expiry date. Experiencing problems? Contact our 24/7 live chat support.
Active, will not renew automatically: After cancelling the subscription pressing the button, it will switch to this status where it's still active until the expiration date, but will not renew automatically.
Cancelled: A subscription that has already expired and will not await for manual payment. To resume this subscription, it has to be purchased manually from the shop.
Pending: Caused by a failed payment, the subscription is waiting to be cancelled or paid.
On hold: Caused by "pending payment" orders or disputed charges.
Expired: A successfully cancelled subscription.
Order Status
As well as subscriptions, orders also have their own status, and must be understood as well.
Completed: A successfully paid order, leading to an active subscription.
Processing: The order is being processed by our payment platform and your bank. In some situations, this take a few moments.
Cancelled: A successfully cancelled order. No further charges will occur.
Failed: The payment method has declined, or it has failed.
