What is Virtual Booth?

Running a photo or video booth in an event could be a bit stressing. A booth to take care of, a long line of guests waiting to capture the moment, and the pressure of not having enough time for everyone. What if you could give the power of capturing any moment to the guests, without losing overlays and event branding? This feature is for you.

Virtual Booth is our newest feature, allowing any guest to take photos and videos directly from their own devices and have them instantly uploaded to your event gallery.

  • Photos: Guests can capture images using your custom overlays, keeping everything on-brand for your event.

  • Videos: Guests can record and upload clips directly to your event as raw (no overlay) videos.

How to enable Virtual Booth

Activating this feature once a subscription or add-on are activated is very easy. Follow the next steps:

  1. Open your event settings

  2. Under Marketing, click on "Virutal Booth"

  3. Enable Virtual Booth

  4. (Optional) Decide to enable or disable photo or video uploads

How to use Virtual Booth

Using this feature is very simple, with a user-friendly interface and easy process.

Once enabled, a QR code and link will be generated, giving access to the upload screen to anyone who scans the QR code or pastes the link in a browser.

In this screen, users can choose between selecting a file (for example, a photo taken previously with the camera app), or click on "use camera" and take a photo or video directly from the web browser.

Once uploaded or taken, the content will be uploaded to the web gallery.
