Advanced Surveys

Build custom surveys to collect guest information

Data is power, data is key in marketing. Create custom surveys for guests to fill and collect information, like names, birthdays, emails, rating of the service, and many more before or after their session.

Settings

Decide whether to show this survey before or after the session, and enable or disable it to be required and unskippable.

  1. Open an event settings

  2. Find "Marketing", then "Surveys"

  3. Enable the surveys

Builder

You can add blocks to the survey builder to customize your survey. All added blocks will appear here, ready for you to edit and arrange as needed.

  • Title: Display a large heading. Just a text, nothing to select.

  • Text: Display a block of text. Nothing to select, larger text box.

  • Separator: Virtual separator line.

  • Expandable: Collapsible text section.

  • Input text: Single line text input. Select a maximum characters limit.

  • URL: Input field for website addresses. The app will validate the format.

  • Email: Input field for email addresses. The app will validate the format. Enable or disable "use for sharing" option, to add this email in the sharing screen to avoid enter duplicated email. This only works when the survey is used before the session.

  • Phone Number: Input field for phone numbers. The app will validate the format. Enable or disable "use for sharing" option, to add this phone number in the sharing screen to avoid enter duplicated phone number. This only works when the survey is used before the session.

  • Text Area: Multi-line text input. Select a maximum characters limit.

  • Input Number: Numeric input field. Select between a minimum and maximum value.

  • Input Date: Date selection field. Select between a minimum date and maximum date.

  • Time Picker: Time selection field.

  • Checkbox: Single checkbox for boolean choice.

  • Dropdown: Select one option from a dropdown list. Add options and choose a default option.

  • Radio Buttons: Select one option from a list. Add options and choose a default option.

  • Multiple Choice: Select multiple options from a list. Add options and choose the maximum number of selections allowed.

  • Rating: Star rating field. Choose a rating among 3, 5 or 10 stars.

Styles

Customize the surveys by modifying buttons and text colors, adding backgrounds and custom images for rating.

Export data

Here, you can export all the gathered data as a CSV file (excel, Google Sheets...). All the compilated information will be summarized into this CSV file.
