Once the gallery expires after the indicated date (6 months after the creation date), the files are deleted from our servers and they become unrecoverable. It is important to note this when creating the event and offering access to a web gallery to your guests and client.

Make sure to download the files before the expiration date, or create a backup on a cloud storage on the app settings.
Touchpix does not have any restriction on downloading all files to your favorite place for a backup, which could be a computer, a phone, store them in an external hard drive, or any other type of storage you please.

My gallery expired, and I did not back it up, can I recover them?
The only chance to find them is to search for these files in the local storage of the device used to record this event. Local storage is not affected by the gallery expiration. If the web gallery is the only place where these files were stored, and this gallery expired, they unfortunately become unrecoverable.
