How does Touchpix account work?
A free account is required to use Touchpix. One of the most basic features, is to create events and customize them, which needs a Touchpix account to do so. This Touchpix account is set up for our website.
When creating an event, you receive a unique QR code for each one. This QR code will be scanned with Touchpix app, and will download all the settings in your device without the need of logging in.
Touchpix has a log in system as well, meaning that you can log in the app with the same account to find, test or activate your events straight from the app. This process will also recognise your web subscription.
Touchpix subscription
If you have purchased a subscription in Touchpix website, your device will automatically recognize it when the QR code is scanned or when logging in the app with your Touchpix account.
On the other hand, if you have purchased your subscription directly in the app (iOS only), this subscription is linked to your Apple ID, which works differently. For more details regarding the differences between the subscriptions, check this other article:
How to create a free Touchpix account
Navigate to Touchpix to register and create an account.
Click on the ‘Log in’ button in the upper right corner.
Select "Click here to register"
Enter the details you would like to use when registering your Touchpix account: first name, last name, email and password.
