Why editing and how
Editing the existing event settings is a crucial piece in your event. Along the creation, some settings can be misplaced, unnecessarily enabled or disabled, or the video result may not be the expected.
As simple as a click, all events can be edited as well as its settings*. It is very important to test the event with enough time prior to the start time. This will avoid unexpected issues or small inconveniences, such as sharing methods, recording time, video effects, and the list of settings keeps going.
Open the event list in your Touchpix account
Find the event number you want to edit
Click on the gear icon (manage) and then the pencil icon (edit)
You are ready to change your event settings
Keynotes
The country setting cannot be changed or edited once the event is activated, but can be changed if the event is still on test mode.
The changes when editing an event will apply to all new videos taken from the moment they're edited, not to pre-existing videos (unless the reprocessing tool is used).
The website and app settings sync automatically via internet, but the option to refresh the event (under "Essentials") must be kept in mind to apply the new changes in the app.
