How different is this from regular sharing?
While in the first place, photo booths have the option to share the individual file to the guest, it also exists an option to send the whole web gallery to a customer. This is useful for corporate events, weddings and similar situations where having the whole gallery as an album creates a compact memory of the moment.
We recommend closing the event first, but you can share the web gallery with a customer before the event is finished.
In your browser, go to your events page.
Find the event listed you want to view. Search by the event name.
(Optional) Enable web gallery security in "web gallery branding", then security tab, to create a passcode for public gallery access. Only those who have this passcode can access it.
Find the gallery icon below 'Gallery' column and click it.
Discard any unwanted photos or videos by clicking the checkbox below them, followed by clicking on the trash icon.
Click on the link labeled 'Public URL'.
Copy the link from the browser bar.
Send the link to your customer.
Keynotes
Even though this is a safe and useful option, the link you will be sharing is public. It means that anyone who has this link can access to the gallery, unless you disable it or create a passcode for a secure access (check step 3).
By accessing this link, all the media from the web gallery becomes accessible, and you cannot restrict what can everyone see. To achieve this, share the individual file instead of the whole web gallery.
