Email Sender Name: This text will be used as the sender name for email messages sent through both the app and the web. Make sure this is either your company’s name or the customer’s company name. Limit 100 characters.

Email Subject: This will be the subject of the email that the app sends to the guest.

Default Text (email): This will be the body text of the email that the app sends to the guest (HTML supported). Use [LINK] to insert a clickable link, [URL] to display the link URL as text or [MEDIA] for the image. If not specified, [LINK] will be added at the end by default.

SMS Sender Name: This text will be used as the sender name for SMS messages sent through both the app. Make sure this is either your company’s name or the customer’s company name. Limit 10 characters.
​Text message (SMS): Character limit: 220. This will be the SMS text that the app sends to the guest. Link will be automatically added at the end. Please don't include acute accents, weblinks or @ signs as those messages will be blocked by the provider.
