Our integration gives users the ability to define the start and finish dates for each phase plan in Touchplan by identifying the phases in the master project schedule they would like to sync with. The start and end dates can be updated in Touchplan at any time by re-syncing with the current master schedule start and end phase dates.
How To use WBS Sync
Add a custom Field in your Schedule titled “Touchplan Phase” (Fig 1)
Cut the the WBS Code, Touchplan Phase, WBS Name, Start Date & Finish Date (Fig 2)
Save the file as a TXT file
Open it in Notepad or TextEdit
Then Copy and Paste it in the Synch WBS feature (Fig 3)
See the Result (Fig 4 and 5)
