Update Ticket Status

Mark tickets as completed On-Time, Early, or Late

  1. Right-click on a task with a black pin in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Select Start Work if a ticket has started

  3. Select Complete as Planned if a ticket was completed on time.

  4. Select Complete with Changes, and adjust the dates in the ticket edit window that will pop up on the right-hand side of your plan to provide a modified start or finish date if a task was completed earlier or later than planned.

  5. Click save when done.

  6. You'll need to provide a Variance Reason from the drop-down selection to explain the shift in schedule, and enter any notes if needed.

  7. Click save when done.

Updating the status of completed tickets will provide insight into how the schedule is progressing week over week. These updates will factor into the project's overall PPC (Percent Promise Complete) to show if scheduled commitments are being met.

Tip: You'll only be able to update ticket status within your specific role color. Your role and color will be shown in the top right corner of the plan under your name.
